This week’s sermon, “Living With Purpose: A Life Aligned with God’s Will,” centered on Epistle to the Romans 12:1–2 and reminded us that true worship is not just a song we sing but a life fully surrendered to God. We learned that God’s will begins not with partial obedience or negotiation, but with complete surrender—presenting ourselves daily as living sacrifices. Transformation doesn’t come from behavior management alone; it starts with the renewing of our minds, because what shapes our thinking ultimately shapes our living. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, we are empowered not only to think differently but to live differently—free, disciplined, and aligned with God’s purpose. As we rebuild the altar daily, guard our minds, cultivate intimacy over routine, and obey God promptly, we step into a Spirit-empowered life that reflects His good, acceptable, and perfect will.
